In order to dismantle the neo-liberal capitalist ‘failed’ state we must believe and construct another world possible and to immediately make for another United States becomes even more necessary…

Because…

The United States-Mexico border communities rejected building the Border WALL of Death because it was seen as a shameful way to relate to your neighboring nation

The United States-Mexico border communities rejected building the Border WALL of Death because it is part of the escalating Militarization of the US-Mexico borders

The United States-Mexico border communities rejected building the Border WALL of Death because it is a wall of shame…the wall of racism

The United States-Mexico border communities rejected building the Border WALL of Death because it was constructed to make it most difficult for migrants to cross to the United States leaving openings on the wall in the mountains and deserts where thousands of migrants have died

The United States-Mexico border communities rejected building the Border WALL of Death because it is NOT a solution to cross-border problems

The United States-Mexico border communities rejected building the Border WALL of Death because of the billions of money invested in death and separation of families and friends

The United States-Mexico border communities rejected building the Border WALL of Death because it is a violation of human rights of migrants and has a detrimental environmental impact in sensitive areas and eco-systems

Therefore,

SWU proposes the US-Mexico Border WALL of Death should be torn down immediately

SWU proposes the US-Mexico Border WALL of Death should be sold as scrap metal

SWU proposes the US-Mexico Border WALL of Death border policy be turned around to one of friendship and solidarity with Mexico and migrants

SWU proposes the US-Mexico Border WALL of Death budget and expenditures be dedicated to rescue and human support for migrant people crossing the border

SWU proposes the US-Mexico Border WALL of Death budget be dedicated towards cross-border cultural programs and educational exchange programs

SWU proposes the US-Mexico Border WALL of Death or sections be saved for artistic murals that tell the story of the border region and peoples culture and history

SWU proposes the US-Mexico Border WALL of Death policy be turned into a policy of open borders and people to people relations
