What is a PMA profile? And what is a resolution?

A PMA proflie is a report back from an assembly. A resolution is a committment to change a situaiton or problem, and calls for actions to address these problems.

How do I submit a PMA profile to this site?

Use the PMA profile form. If you would like to more easily edit it later, you may create an account and log in before creating a profile.

How do I submit a resolution to this site?

Use the resolution form. If you would like to more easily edit it later, you may create an account and log in before posting a resolution.

Why do PMA profiles, resolutions and actions not show up immediately after I post them?

Before posting anything publicly, we will review to make sure it is related to a PMA that took place or will take place. Then it will be made publicly viewable on the main pages of the site. For info on the PMA process, see the how things work page. Posts of spam or by an anonymous someone posting off topic/inappropriate content will be removed from the site immediately.

How do I edit a profile, action or resolution that is already posted on the site?

In order to edit you will 1) need an account on the site and to be logged in (If you haven't created an account visit the Create Account page). 2) then contact us to ask that we set your account as an editor of the particular assembly profile, resolution or actions you want to edit. By the way, there can be multiple editors set to on any post.

Can there be multiple authors on a resolution, pma profile or action post?

Yes, multiple people can be added as editors of a post. Please contact us and include the link to the page that you want multiple editors assigned to as well as the name and emails of each person who should set as an editor.
